The City of Cape Town has commissioned Kantar, an independent research agency to conduct a survey amongst the residents of the City. The purpose of the survey is to understand the experiences of residents of Cape Town with regards to service delivery across the various services available to residents.
Kantar will be wearing their name tags with the City’s permission letter and will be visiting the following suburbs in the next two weeks.
